Buying a house is a major investment for our family. Having limits financially, it was important for us that the focus would be on what exactly we can afford with a quality to match it. And being newbies in the home-buying market, a lot of questions need to be addressed and explained in way that we can best understand. Matt did all of this and more. Right away, his focus is on what we want, what's important to us and what our concerns are. His patience, knowledge and mastery of the whole process made the home-buying experience a very pleasurable one, and the first important step to truly enjoy our new home for years to come.
